Depending on weather conditions we reserve the right to transfer the starting times. You will be informed in advance.
Award ceremony:
All participants who finish the race will receive a finisher medal. Results and certificates can be viewed and downloaded from the website of Sport Ident. The winners of all categories will also receive small prizes.
All runners who register for the Erfurt Marathon confirm with their registration,
- that they recognize the exclusions of liability of the organizer for damages of any kind.
- that they have the medical fitness and sufficient physical condition to cope with the running track in every respect and that the medical fitness is confirmed by their GP.
- that they agree that the organiser is able to decline their participation or continuation of this Marathon when indications of a health risk are present.
- that they do not promote an anti-constitutional attitude and that they do not support organization or party whose goals contradict the German Basic Law.
- that they comply with the rules of the German Highway Code (Straßenverkehrsordnung) while running, in particular use footpaths and traffic lights, as well as follow the instructions of the security.
- that ANNAKRAM e.V. has the right to publish photos, films and interviews that were recorded during the Erfurt marathons, without an individual compensation.
- that all personal details that have been made in the application process are correct.
Liability of the organizer
The organizer ANNAKRAM e. V., the individual organisers and the association as organiser as well as the helpers, guides and owners do not accept liability or any claims in connection with loss or damage of any kind. This applies especially to injury and to damages of belongings and of the participants and guests, due to the nature of the walkways. The run will take place even in poor weather conditions.
By absence of a registered runner or cancellation of the event due to force majeure no compensation payments for entry fees, travel costs or other financial expenses will be granted by the organizer.
Organizational matters
- If only one participant of the really teams collects the documents, all forms must be completed by all team members.
- If a participant violates any law for example the Highway Code, the race management reserves the right to exclude this person from the evaluation.
- All unicycle riders and bike accompanies have to wear helmets and dismount their bikes when the traffic regulations say so, e.g. Krämerbrücke.
- If its rains the roads can become slippery especially in Steigerwald and city centre with cobblestones. Be careful!
- Guides and overseers will help you anytime to find your destination without any detours; more information will be given with the starting documents.
